About the Open Research Space

The "Open Research Space" (ORS) was founded to bring together students with an interest in AI and to facilitate the scientific exchange among students. The ORS offers the chance to present and discuss one's own projects (e.g., hobby projects, thesis work), exciting research developments, and ideas in a relaxed environment. Knowledge is taken in, expanded in a creative way, and passed on.

Feel free to join our Open Research Space WhatsApp group where we post the weekly agenda, but that's not all! We will strive to share you many news and resources that will help you in the field of coding, AI or jobs.

The more people participate, the higher the exchange and the more we all learn. In case you're unsure whether you want to join we've listed some points to encourage you!
What are the rules?
You need to sit comfortably and be able to give and receive constructive criticism. That's it.
For whom is it suitable?
For everyone with an interest in an open exchange and in developing themselves.
What are the participation requirements?
There are none! Everyone is welcome, whether you're in the first or last semester, whether or not you know programming, or if you work on these topics in your spare time. Your opinion and ideas are important, share them with us!
Do I need to work on own projects or research?
No! You're very welcome to present your own work but you don't need to. You can just sit on our couch and participate.
Do I need to attend regularly?
Absolutely not! You can come and leave whenever it suits you. If you don't have time or don't feel like it, you also don't need to let anyone know.
